Women's Remedial massage therapy and relaxing body treatments.

I provide a highly focused and individualised treatment specific to your particular needs related to pain, injury, tension, mobility issues, muscle dysfunction or stress related conditions.

I utilise many techniques in my treatments including Myofascial Cupping therapy and the use of IASTM tools, assisted stretching, heat therapy and kinesiology taping.

You also have the option of adding other therapeutic services to your treatment including facial treatments, or hot oil scalp treatments.

Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage

This specialised treatment is provided to assist mothers and mothers-to-be to support the rapid bodily changes that occur during and after pregnancy, and to connect the mother back to their body and to their baby. This massage is deeply nurturing and supportive, and aims to nourish the expectant or post-natal mother.

Common conditions include lower back and sciatic symptoms, birth anxiety, swelling and fluid retention, hip and pelvic girdle pain, carpal tunnel or ‘mum wrist’ , c-section scar therapy and post-natal birth trauma.

Lymphatic Drainage & Oncology Massage

I specialise in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage for the cancer patient, and pre/post op surgery massage.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage has been at the forefront of patient care in other countries for years, however, we are yet to fully catch up here.

The benefits have been known and studied for years, and yet it is still not recommended as vital preventative and curative care in our hospital systems.

I aim to not only educate my clients on the benefits of MLD, but endeavour to teach each client how they can incorporate MLD techniques into their daily lives so they may reap the benefits on a daily basis.
